Bettina Inclán
Chief Communications Officer
Bettina Inclán is the Chief Communications Officer for IBX, bringing over 15 years of expertise in communications, marketing, crisis management, and strategic thinking. In this role, she oversees all communications for IBX and provides strategic support to the portfolio companies. In this capacity, Bettina served as the Communications Director for Axiom Space's groundbreaking Axiom Mission 1 (Ax-1) and Axiom Mission 2 (Ax-2), the first two commercial missions to the International Space Station. During her time there, she provided overall strategic communications leadership for the company.
Before joining IBX, Bettina served as NASA's Associate Administrator for the Office of Communications. As the senior communications officer at America's space agency, she led a large and diverse nationwide team, responsible for external and internal communications during a historic period at NASA, including DM-2, the introduction of the Artemis Program and the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon landing.
Prior to her work at NASA, Bettina founded and served as CEO of a strategic communications consulting firm. As a seasoned spokesperson, public policy advisor, with Capitol Hill experience, she skillfully represented various organizations in government, political, commercial, and non-profit arenas. Bettina's passion for effective communication even led her to co-host a radio show on SiriusXM.
